I ordered from counter-space.com and the whole shipping process ended up being way smoother than I was expecting. I placed the order thinking it might take a little while to get moving, but I got the tracking info quickly, which was nice because I like being able to see where my package is instead of just wondering. The order showed up sooner than I had in my head, and everything with the delivery was totally fine, no delays, no weird issues, nothing missing or confusing. It was just one of those simple, easy online orders where you don’t really have to think about it after checkout, which I definitely appreciate.

I had a disappointing experience with the install. The crew showed up late, some of the parts didn’t seem to fit properly, and I kept having to ask for updates instead of being kept in the loop. The countertop was left dusty, and one of the edges still looks a bit off to me. I get that projects can have hiccups, but it’s reasonable to expect clear communication, a clean finish, and a job that looks right when it’s done. Customer service also took way too long to respond, so overall I wouldn’t use Counter Space again

It feels sturdy and well made. Nothing fancy to say, it just does what I need and seems like it’ll hold up well

I don’t know, the whole ordering process just felt really off. Checkout kept glitching, and then when I tried to get help, I didn’t hear back from anyone for days. It was one of those experiences that just leaves a bad feeling.

I’ve been happy with it overall. It’s easy to use and I haven’t run into any issues yet. As long as it stays that way, I don’t see myself switching, but if things start getting buggy or frustrating, I’d probably look elsewhere...

They walked me through what needed to happen and got it sorted without me having to keep following up. It just made the whole situation a lot less annoying than I expected. I’d use counter-space.com again, mostly because the support was solid when that came up.

I had to return one item because it just didn’t fit my space the way I hoped. I emailed them and got a quick reply with really clear steps, which was a relief. Sent it back, and the refund showed up a few days later. No runaround, no weird excuses, i’m happy with how it went!
